Osco1. Your account
You must give accurate information and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@redshotlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Workspaces and administrators
A workspace belongs to the organization that created it. Its owners and administrators control membership, roles, project access and sharing, and may deactivate members or remove content. If you join someone else’s workspace, its administrators can see and manage the content you add there.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents, tasks, API collections and other content you put into Osco (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to host, store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to show it to members of your workspace or to people you share it with. We don’t use Your Content to train AI models, and our Privacy policy describes how we handle it.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to upload it. Do not put credentials into Osco that you are not permitted to share with your workspace.
4. Coding agents, API and MCP
You can connect coding agents to Osco with a personal API token. An agent using your token acts as you and can do anything your role allows, including editing and deleting documents and features. You are responsible for the actions an agent takes with your token. Revoke tokens you no longer use. Third-party agents and model providers are governed by their own terms.
Don’t use the API in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service. We may apply rate limits to keep it available for everyone.
5. Sharing
When you create a share link, anyone with the link can view that item within the limits you set. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. You can revoke links at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing or deceptive;
- try to access workspaces, accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan or test the Service’s security without our written permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or bypass its limits or access controls;
- resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product by copying its features or content.
7. Fees
Osco is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the prices and terms in advance, and nothing you already use will be charged without your agreement.
8. Changes and availability
We are continually improving Osco, and we may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and planned maintenance may occasionally cause downtime. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Osco and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export Your Content first.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Redshot Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Redshot Labs against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone’s rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
