Growing teams
Scale the team without scaling the meetings.
Between ten and a hundred engineers, knowledge stops spreading by osmosis. Osco keeps context attached to the work, and gives you the roles and access controls you now need.
The problem
What gets in the way today
- Teams duplicate work because they cannot see each other's decisions.
- Everyone has access to everything, which no longer feels right.
- Onboarding is a series of meetings with the same few people.
How Osco helps
Context that travels with the work
Projects per team or service
Each squad owns its docs, endpoints and tasks, while the workspace stays searchable.
Roles that match your org
Use built-in roles or create custom ones, and restrict members to the projects they work on.
Shared decisions
A decision log per area means teams build on each other's choices instead of repeating them.
Visibility without status meetings
Activity and notifications show what changed without anyone having to ask.
How it works
From setup to everyday use
- 1
Structure
Split the workspace into projects by team or service.
- 2
Control
Define roles and project access.
- 3
Connect
Link cross-team work through features, docs and task dependencies.
- 4
Onboard
Give each team an onboarding folder new members can follow alone.
Frequently asked questions
Can we create our own roles?
Yes. Create custom roles with exactly the permissions you want. Nobody can grant a permission they do not hold.
Can we deactivate someone without deleting their work?
Yes. Deactivated members lose access immediately, and their tasks and history stay in place.
How is billing handled as we grow?
Per seat per month. Adding seats bills the difference right away; removing seats takes effect at renewal.
Give every task the context to finish it.
